We offer secure and trustworthy key holding services allowing you a complete 'hands-off' solution to maintaining your second home, with regular visits to your property to make sure everything is in order. We also offer a complete holiday cottage changeover package including cleaning, linen changes, meeting and greeting of guests, optional 24 hour ‘on call’ service and welcome packs, making ownership of a holiday cottage  profitable  without the hard work. We can take away the worry that long distance creates and carry out all property maintenance tasks to protect your home and investment.  To compliment our extensive range of services we include PAT testing, whilst any specialised work can be arranged through our qualified subcontractors.
